摘 要:一种基于单壁碳纳米管(SWCNT)随机网络的环境传感器被成功的组装,并应用于溶液中痕量Hg2+的检测。首先将SWCNT经浓硝酸和浓硫酸混合液处理,而后在硅基金间隙电极表面修饰一层3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(APTMS),通过羧基与氨基间的静电吸附作用,最终将SWCNT均匀分散到经过修饰的间隙电极上。通过SEM,TEM,FTIR对其形貌、结构进行了表征,用Keithley4200型半导体测量仪测试了该传感器在不同浓度Hg2+溶液中的电学特性。实验结果表明,基于碳纳米管的环境传感器对Hg2+具有良好的电化学响应,检测浓度下限达到2nM/L。Environmental nanosensor based on random networks of single - walled carbon nanotubes has been fabricated by a simple self - assembly method, which was further employed to detect the trace Hg2+ in water. SWCNT were oxidized by mixing nitric acid and sulfuric acid, and the interdigital gold micro- electrode was self - assembled with a monolayer of aminopropyhriethoxy silane (APTMS). Because of e- lectrostatic adsorption between AFFMS and oxidised SWCNT, SWCNT could securely assembled to the surface of interdigital gold microelectrode. Environmental nanosensor can be characterized by SEM, TEM, FTIR, and the variation of the electrical conductance of the environmental nanosensors corresponding to the presence of Hg2 ~ with different concentration was measured by Keithley 4200. In this study, environ- mental nanosensor has impressive sensitivity to Hg2+ in water , which exhibited a detection limit of 2 nM for Hg2~
