摘 要:在水和N-甲基甲酰胺的混合溶剂中生长出了金属有机配合物非线性光学晶体材料:二N-甲基甲酰胺合硫氰酸汞锰:MnHg(SCN)4(HCONHCH3)2,简称MMTN晶体。用热重/差热分析法(TGA/DTA)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热机械分析法(TMA)、紫外-可见-近红外、红外、拉曼和粉末衍射光谱研究了它的热学和光学性质。MMTN晶体具有较高的物理化学稳定性。在300K时,其比热为635.1 J mol-11 K-1。晶体的热膨胀系数为a1=6.18×10-5K-1,a2=3.91×10-5K-1,a3=9.53×10-6K-1。MMTN的紫外截止波长在354nm;较硫氰酸汞锰(MMTC)晶体紫移了19nm,在360—2000nm具有良好的透光性能。A novel potentially useful organometallic nonlinear optical crystal, manganese mercury thiocya- nate- bis ( N - methylformamide), MnHg ( SCN ) 4 ( HCONHCH3 ) 2 ( MMTN ) has been prepared in a mixed solution of water and N - methylformamide. Its thermal and optical properties are studied by using thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis (TGA/DTA), differential scanning calorime- try ( DSC), calorimetry, thermomechanical analysis, UV - Vis - NIR, infrared, Raman and X - ray pow- der diffraction spectroscopy. MMTNe crystal possesses relatively high physicochemical stability. The spe- cific heat of the crystal is 635.1 J. mol 1K - 1 at 300 K. The thermal expansion coefficient along the a, b, and c axis is al =6.18 ×10-5 K-1, a2 =3.91 ×10-SK- and a3 =9.53× 10-6 K-1, respeetively. The UV transparency cutoff is 354 nm, which is shifted to the violet by 19 nm, as compared with MnHg (SCN) 4 (MMTC). MMTN possesses fine optical transparent in the wavelength region of 360 -2000 nm.
