某社区0～36月儿童保健家长依从性分析

摘　　要：目的调查试行《社区0～36个月儿童健康管理规范(试用)》(简称《规范》)后,家长对于儿童保健依从性改变。方法于2009年3月至2010年5月,在重庆市南岸区弹子石社区试行《规范》。试点前对家长进行知信行问卷调查777名,试点后对家长再次调查505名。比较试点前后家长的知信行改变,进而分析家长的依从性。结果试点后家长的儿童保健知识知晓率、儿童保健意识、儿童保健行为均提高。对社区儿童保健服务满意度也成正向变化。结论《规范》完善了社区儿童保健工作中的关键环节,提高了儿童保健工作水平和质量,提高了家长的儿童保健知识和意识。Objective To evaluate the effects of Norms of 0-36 month old child health management in community（On Trial）（Note：hereinafter using Norms for short） on parents′ knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP） and analyze the compliance of parents.Methods We tried out Norms in a community of Chongqing during Mar.2009 to May.2010.Pretrial 777 parents were investigated on their KAP on child health care and after trial 505 parents received the same investigation.Compared the KAP between the pretrial and the after trial group and evaluated the effects of Norms on KAP and analyzed parents′ compliance in Norms.Results After trial,parents′ knowledge,attitude and practice of child health services were positively promoted.And more parents accepted the community child health services.Conclusion The Norms improved and perfected the key parts of community child health services,improved the quality of community child health services and the awareness of parents.
