摘 要:目的探讨甘氨酸(Gly)对烧伤后大鼠心肌细胞的保护作用。方法建立30%体表面积Ⅲ度烧伤大鼠模型,将72只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组(C组)、烧伤组(B组)、Gly治疗组(Gly组)。观察伤前及烧伤12、24、48、72h后血清肌酸激酶(CK)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)等心肌酶活性及主动脉收缩压(AOSP)、舒张压(AODP),左心室收缩压峰值(LVSP)和左心室内压变化最大速率(+dp/dtmax)等心肌力学指标的变化。结果与C组比较,B组心肌酶各值均明显增高(P<0.01),心肌力学指标各值均明显降低(P<0.01)。与B组比较,Gly组心肌酶各值上升程度明显降低(P<0.05),心肌力学各指标下降程度均有缓解(P<0.05)。结论 Gly能有效降低烧伤后大鼠心肌受损程度,维护心肌收缩功能。Objective To study the protective effect of glycine on myocardial cells in burn rats.Methods The rat model of three degree burns covering 30% of body surface area was established.Seventy two Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:namely normal control(C),burned control(B)and glycine treatment control(Gly) groups.The changes of myocardial zymogram(CK,LDH,AST) and myocardial mechanics(AOSP,AODP,LVSP,+dp/dtmax) were analyzed before burn and on post-burn 12,24,48,72 hours.Results Compared with the group C,the levels of myocardial zymogram were significantly increased in group B(P0.01),however,the myocardial mechanics levels were remarkably decreased in group B(P0.01).Compared with the group B,the rising degree of myocardial zymogram values were notably decreased(P0.05),and the falling degree of myocardial mechanics values were reduced in group gly(P0.05).Conclusion Glycine administration can effectively reduce the degree of myocardial damage and maintain the contractile function of myocardial after burn injury.
