摘  要:毛羽是衡量纱线质量的重要指标之一,细纱和络筒工序对纱线毛羽的影响最大。在ESPERO-M型自动络筒机上进行毛羽控制纺纱实验,探讨了络纱速度、络纱张力及管纱大小对3种不同纱支纱线毛羽的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内,纱线毛羽随着络纱速度增加而增加;纱线毛羽数并不完全随张力增加而增加,当纱线控制器气压在50~80mbar之间时,纱线有害毛羽随张力的增加先减后增;当管纱由顶端退绕到底端时络纱毛羽增加。The hairiness was one of the important indexes to measure yarn quality, and spun yarn and winding process had the greatest effect on yarn hairiness. Through spinning experiment, the influences of winding speed, winding tension and yarn-tube size on the hairiness of three yarns with different yam count were studied on ESPERO-M auto winding. The results showed that in a cer- tain range, yarn hairiness increased with the increase of winding speed, harmful yarn hairiness first decreased and then increased with the increase of tension when the yarn controller pressure was 50-80 mbar.
