基层农技人才断层的成因及对策研究——以湖南省岳阳市为例

摘　　要：由于党和政府的高度重视,近年来"三农"建设取得了明显成效,但仍然面对很多挑战和危机,其中,乡镇农技员青黄不接就是十分严重的问题,如果处理不好,势必严重影响农业技术的推广和农产品产量和质量的提升。因此各级政府务必高度关注农技员队伍的建设,建立长效机制,确保农技员队伍的建设和稳定。Because of the great importance the party and government attach to,the ＂SAN nong＂ construction have made remarkable achievements in recent years,but it still faces many challenges and crisis,the temporary shortage of agriculture technique talents in villages and towns is one of the most serious problems,it certainly will seriously affect agricultural technology promotion and agricultural production and quality of ascension.If it is not processed well.So governments at all levels must attach high attention to the construction of agriculture technique talents team,thus establishing long-effect mechanism,to ensure agriculture technique talents＇ team construction and stability.
