摘　　要：在旅游开发背景下,民族村寨为应对竞争,需解决如何培育与保持核心竞争力的问题。从优势来源的角度探讨了民族村寨核心竞争力的培育与保持问题,要实现这一目标,需要原住民进行从参与管理到共同治理的角色转变。Competition is getting violent for the development of the resources in minority nationnality villages, the villages on the course of develpoing have to deliberate how to shape and keep their core competence. The role of the aboriginals should be changed from paticipation management into the common controller for cultivating and keeping competitive advantage, and a conclusion is drawn by viewing the sources of competitive advantage.
