摘　　要：针对高校目前科研工作量管理手工加电子文档的模式,设计出一个基于Web的科研工作量管理系统,以实现高校教职工科研工作量的网上申报、网上审核、网上查询等网络化管理。系统实用性强,操作简单,具有良好的推广应用价值。At present, science ＆ research workload management is manual and electronic document mode in colleges and universities, the article expounds the design of science ＆ research workload management system based on Web to achieve network management of teaching staff science ＆ research workload online reporting, online review, online query and so on. The system is of high practi- cability and easy operation, and is worthy of being applied widely.
