摘　　要：目前大学生网上创业成功率普遍较低,应从大学生网上创业实际情况出发,结合我国网络零售行业发展背景,深入调查剖析影响大学生网上创业成功的主要因素,包括市场竞争日趋激烈、创业动机不明显、创业资源不足等,并提出相应对策。The success rate of college students＇ online starts-up is low. Based on the reality and combining the e-retailing development history, the paper probes into the major factors such as fiercer competition, lick of entreprene3urial motivation, insufficient en- trepreneurial resources of affecting the success of college students＇ self-employment,, and proposes some countermeasures.
