摘　　要：宽带测速的重要性已经越来越受到各国政府的重视。首先分析了各国政府主导开展的一些典型测速工作,然后对国内宽带测速的整体情况做了简单介绍,按照基础电信运营企业、互联网企业、第三方商业机构进行分别说明。最后介绍国内宽带测速标准的进展情况,对固定宽带接入和用户体验上网两个标准评测指标和方法进行简单说明。Greater importance has been attached to the importance of broadband speed measurement by the many governments. Firstly, we analyze some typical speed measurement work led by many gov- ernments internationally. Then we briefly introduce the whole condition of internal broadband speed measurement and respectively explain it according to the basic telecommunication operators, internet corporations and third party commercial organiza- tions. Finally, we introduce the development of in- ternal speed measurement standard and simple ex- plain the evaluation indexes and measurement method of these two standards.
