摘 要:研究了龙葵对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。将60只小鼠随机分成6组:正常对照组、模型组、龙葵高剂量组、龙葵中剂量组、龙葵低剂量组、阳性对照组(水飞蓟素)。给药7 d后除正常组外其余5组按10 mL/kg剂量给予0.35%CCl4。分别检测血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和肝功能氧化指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)]。统计分析结果显示,龙葵各剂量组与阳性对照组、正常组和模型组之间存在差异性。试验结果表明,通过龙葵高剂量组的保护作用可以使血清中ALT、AST活性和肝组织中的MDA含量、SOD和GSH-Px活力趋近于正常水平,证明龙葵对CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。In order to validate the Solanum nigrum's protective role in acute hepatic injury caused by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4),60 mice were randomly divided into six groups:normal control group,model group,Solanum nigrum(high dosage,medium dosage,low dosage),positive control group(silymarin).After giving medicines for 7 d,the mice in each group were fed with 0.35% CCl4 at 10 mL/kg except normal group.Then we detected the activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in serum and the function oxidation indexes in liver including malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px).Statistically analysis show the differences between Solanum nigrum groups with positive control group,the normal group and model group.The results show that the protective effects of high dosage in Solanum nigrum group can make the activities of ALT,AST in serum and MDA,SOD,GSH-Px in liver tissue close to normal levels.The experiments prove that Solanum nigrum have a significant protection on acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4.
