摘 要:近年来,中国石油企业在开拓海外市场的过程中单打独斗、竞争过度现象严重,损害了自身和国家的利益。基于博弈论和竞争优势理论的竞合动力模型说明,中国石油企业实施合作竞争策略最有利于其持续健康发展。中国石油企业应当以维护国家利益为己任,以开拓海外市场的每一个具体环节为落脚点,加强沟通和协调,建立联合组织,自我约束和外部约束相结合,开展合作性竞争;政府要发挥相关机构、组织、政策的引导作用,加强对企业决策的辅助支持,推进其更好地实施竞合策略。In recent years, Chinese petroleum companies compete alone excessively in the process of exploiting overseas markets, which damages both of their own interests and the state interests. The competition models based on Game Theory and Competition Advantage Theory illustrate that coopetition is the best strategy for them to develop stably and soundly. Chinese petroleum companies should undertake the obligations of protecting the state interests and carry out coopetition strategy by starting from each step of exploring overseas market, communicating more with each other, setting up cooperative organizations, and combining self-discipline with external constraints. The government should make full use of the relevant agencies, organizations and policies to vectoring and promote Chinese petroleum companies to implement the coopetition strategies better.
