舒适护理在门奇静脉断流术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在门奇静脉断流术后患者中的应用效果。方法将2008年1月至2011年12月行门奇静脉断流术的42例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用舒适护理方法，对照组采用常规护理方法，比较两组患者术后的舒适度情况及患者满意度。结果经统计学处理，观察组术后舒适度和满意度与对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01），观察组轻度不舒适85．7％（对照组28．6％），中度不舒适9．5％（对照组42．8％），重度不舒适4．8％（对照组28．6％），观察组病人满意度95．2％（对照组76．2％），舒适度及病人满意度明显高于对照组。结论应用舒适护理能提高门奇静脉断流术后患者的舒适度，促进患者康复，提高病人满意度，值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the application and evaluate the clinical effect of comfortable nursing in patients after portal-azygous disconnection.Methods 42 patients undergoing portal-azygous disconnection were randomly divided into the experiment group （n=21） and the control group （n=21） at equal number. In the control group, we used the traditional nursing. While the experiraent group received the comfortable nursing. The effect was compared between the two groups by the degree conditions of comfort and patients＇ degree of satisfaction.Results The difference was also statistically significant between two groups （P〈 0.01 ）.The degree of comfort and patients＇ degree of satisfaction were much higher in experiment group than those in control.Conclusion Comfortable nursing is very effective in enhancing degree of comfort and patients＇ degree of satisfaction, and can promote patients＇ recovery, and increase the quality of care. It is worth recommending clinically.
