前瞻性护理管理在住院患者压疮防护中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨前瞻性护理管理方法对降低住院患者压疮发生率、提高压疮治愈率的作用。方法分析我院自2009年以来应用前瞻性护理管理方法进行压疮防护的情况，包括培训准入压疮专科护士和专责护士；应用Braden压疮风险评估量表对住院患者实行风险评估；对高危患者实施一系列干预措施；及时对压疮的发生情况进行分析并提出改进措施等。结果应用前瞻性管理法实施压疮防护三年来以来，压疮发生率从7．0％降低到4．9％再到3．8％（P〈0．05），治愈率从27．8％上升到29．6％再到37．2％（P〈0．01）。结论应用前瞻性护理管理能有效提高住院患者的压疮护理效果，降低压疮的发生率，提高压疮的治愈率。[Abstraet] Objective To explore the effect of prospective nursing management in pressure sores protection for hospitalized patients, to reduce incidence rate and improve the cure rate of pressure ulcer. Methods Since 2009 our hospital has been carrying out the prospective nursing management method of pressure protection, including the training for specialist nurses and the nurses＇ access pressure sore; application of Braden pressure sore risk assessment scale for hospitalized patients execute risk assessment; for patients at high risk for the implementation of a series of interventions; in time analysis to the occurrence of pressure ulcers and propose improvement measures and so on.Results Since three years of application of prospective law of pressure sore prevention, the incidence of pressure sores reduced from 7% to 4.9% to 3.8% （P〈0.05）, the cure rate increased from 27.8% to 29.6% to 37.2% （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The application of prospective nursing management can effectively improve bedsore nursing effect in hospitalized patients, reduce the incidence of pressure sore, and improve the cure rate of pressure ulcers.
