摘　　要：独立院校作为中国民办高等教育的重要组成部分,其田径运动队的发展尚处在起步阶段。要推进独立院校田径运动队更好更快地发展,应制定和完善运动队管理制度,优化教练员队伍的培养,重视运动员的选拔和吸收,逐步加大经费投入。Independent colleges have been an important part of privately-run higher education in our nation,and the development of their athletic team is still in the infant stage.Thus,to promote the development of the athletic team,it＇s suggested that colleges should draw up and improve the management system,optimize the training of the coach,pay much attention to the selection of athletes,and gradually increase the money input.
