不明原因早期自然流产患者血小板参数和脂代谢指标检测的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨早期自然流产患者血小板参数和脂代谢指标的变化及临床意义。方法选取不明原因早期自然流产53例患者为研究组,52例正常妊娠妇女为对照组1,另选取23例健康未孕妇女为对照组2;检测三组妇女血小板参数和血脂四项进行比较分析。结果研究组MPV、PDW、PCT均高于两对照组,PLT低于两对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05);研究组TC和TG、LDL-C均高于两对照组,而HDL-C低于两对照组,组间比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。研究组血TC与MPV、PDW呈正相关(P<0.05),与PLT、PCT无相关性;TG与MPV、PDW、PCT呈正相关(P<0.05),与PLT呈负相关(P<0.01);HDL-C与PLT呈正相关(P<0.05),与MPV、PDW、PCT均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论脂代谢异常及血小板参数改变及其相互作用与早期不明原因自然流产有关,测定脂代谢指标及血小板参数对自然流产的早期诊断和治疗具有一定临床意义。Objective To assess blood platelet count and lipid metabolism indexes changes and clinical significance in early spontaneous abortion.Methods 53 patients with unexplained early spontaneous abortion were selected as study group,52 normal pregnant women were selected as control group 1,23 healthy women without pregnancy were selected as control group 2.Blood platelet count and four lipid indexes in the three groups were measured and comparatively analyzed.Results In study group,MPV,PDW,PCT were higher than those in the two control groups,PLT was lower than the two control groups,compared among groups,there were statistically significant differences（P0.01 or P0.05）.TC,TG and HDL-C in study group were higher than the two control groups,and HDL-C was lower than the two control groups,compared among groups,there were statistically significant differences（P0.01 or P0.05）.In study group,blood TC was positively associated with MPV and PDW（P0.05）,but without association with PLT and PCT;blood TG was positively associated with MPV,PCT and PDW（P0.05）,and was negatively associated with PLT（P0.01）;HDL-C was positively associated with PLT（P0.05）,was negatively associated with MPV,PDW,PCT（P0.05）.Conclusion Lipid metabolism abnormality and blood platelet changes and their interaction are contributed to unexplained early spontaneous abortion,the measurement of lipid metabolism indexes and blood platelet are of clinical significance for early diagnosis and treatment.
