摘　　要：一段炉对流段混合原料气盘管长期超过设计温度运行,超温期间从工艺操作上采取应对措施,经检测显示盘管已达到使用寿命,选择更换方案,大修时更换盘管。The coil for mixed feed-gas in convection section of primary reformer is operated for a long time at the temperature beyond the design temperature;during the operation corresponding measures are taken from the angle of process operation and the test shows that the coil has reached the service life;the renewal scheme is selected and coil is replaced during the overhaul.
