摘  要:介绍合成气压缩机汽轮机转速下降、转速无法控制的事故现象及特点,根据事故特征对控制系统测试,确认该事故是由汽轮机V2阀控制系统中电液转换器内一线圈短路造成。找出线圈短路的根源,更换电液转换器信号线,对V1阀和V2阀控制系统进行调试,提出对汽轮机重新进行保温,对信号线加强监护等防范措施。The trouble and feature in revolution drop and revolution-not-control of steam turbine for syngas compressor is introduced and a test is made on the control system based on the trouble features and it is confirmed that the trouble is caused by short-circuit of a coil inside the electro-liquid converter for control system of steam turbine. When the source of coil short-circuits is found a signal-line for electro-liquid con- verter is replaced and control system tunning of V1 and V2 valves implemented;it is suggested that measures such as a re-insulation to steam turbine and intensive care of signal-line are carried out.
