摘  要:分析了扁电磁线制备过程中导体直流电阻不平衡的原因,指出其主要在于铜线坯直流电阻率不平衡和铜导体截面尺寸偏差太大。提出了扁电磁线导体电阻不平衡的解决方案,即通过导体截面尺寸设计对铜线坯直流电阻率进行补偿,以及采用进口精密轧机对铜导体截面尺寸精准控制,实现了将扁电磁线导体直流电阻不平衡率控制在2%标准范围内的目标。The reason of conductor resistance unbalanced was analyzed in the preparation process of rectangular magnet wire.It was found that the unbalanced direct current resistance of rectangular magnet wire was determined mainly by non-uniform resistance of the copper drawing stock and the measurement deviation of the copper conductor section size.The practical solution was proposed.The conductor size design was used to compensate the direct current resistance of copper drawing stock,and the imported precision rolling mill was adopted in controlling accurately the conductor size.By these means,the unbalanced rate of conductor resistance was kept within standard 2%.
