摘　　要：本文对五年来吉林省乡村建设情况进行了梳理和研究,从节能降耗的视角对制约吉林省乡村农村建设可持续发展的诸多因素进行剖析,并对今后实施城乡一体化的乡村人居环境建设提出具体的改善对策.This article sort out and study on rural construction situation during the past five years in Jilin province,from the energy-saving perspective, analyzed many factors constraints the sustainable development of rural country-side construction in Jilin province, and give specific recommendations for improvement measures for future imple-mentation of the integration of urban and rural areas of rural living environment construction.
