摘　　要：介绍了发展绿色建筑的意义,结合美国绿色建筑培训的学习实践,对美国发展绿色建筑的政策和典型技术进行了解析,并对重庆市绿色建筑发展存在的问题进行了分析,提出了重庆市推进绿色建筑发展的工作对策。The meaning of green building development is introduced, according to the green building training practice in USA. The USA＇s green building development policy and typical technique are expounded and analyzed. The existed problem in improving green building in Chongqing is focused, proposing the countermeasure to promote green building.
