摘 要:矿用机车传统的试验电源是通过单片机控制电动调压器和整流桥输出相应的直流电压,在实际应用中,这种传统试验电源存在的缺点是通信效果不好、误码率高、系统响应速度慢.针对传统试验电源存在的问题,提出了在矿用小机车试验电源系统中采用抗干扰性强的FX2N系列可编程逻辑控制器与STC12C5A60S2单片机实现串行通信的方法,阐述了自由通信方式的串行通信和CRC实现,给出了串行通信硬件结构图和部分程序.通信模块在新型电源的实际运行当中工作可靠,通信效果良好.Test power about traditional mine locative outputs corresponding DC voltage through microprocessor, controlling electric pressure regulator and rectifier bridge. In practical application, this test power about traditional mine locative has some questions : the communication performance is not good, bit error rate is high, and response is slow. To solve these problems, the implementation of serial communication between the high anti - interference performance FX2N programmable logic controller and the STC12C5A60S2 microprocessor in advanced test power about mine locomotive is proposed. The paper elaborates realization of free communication and CRC, and presents the sketch map and program to carry out the serial communication for programmable logic controller and microprocessor. The practice of test power about mine locomotive indicates that the communication performance is good and high reliable
