摘  要:为分析不同发射药成分对燃烧轻气炮内弹道性能的影响,通过计算流体力学方法对燃烧轻气炮燃烧室的三维氢燃烧流场进行数值模拟,湍流模型采用RNGk-ε双方程模型,氢气燃烧采用EDM涡耗散模型模拟.结果表明,在发射药中加入适当含量的稀释气体能够有效地控制发射药的燃烧,减小燃烧室内压力振荡,降低燃烧室平均温度;采用氢气发射药比甲烷气体具有更好的内弹道性能;发射药成分对燃烧轻气炮内弹道性能有显著影响.In order to analyze the influence of propellant component on interior ballistics, the three dimensional flow field of hydrogen burning in combustion lightgasgun chamber was simulated by com putational fluid dynamics, in which the RNG k E twoequation turbulence model and the EDM combustion model were used. The numerical results show that the combustion process can be effectively controlled by adding proper quantity diluents, and pressure oscillation and average temperature of chamber can also be reduced. The interior ballistic character by adopting hydrogen gas propellant gains is better than that by adopting methane gas. The propellant component significantly affects the interior ballistic character of combustion lightgasgun.
