摘 要:目的 :本研究利用羊实验模型自身对照 ,观察膜肺 (ECMO)治疗对中枢神经系统的影响。方法 :实验羊在ECMO条件下体外循环 3~ 4h,实验结束后结扎右颈总动脉和右颈静脉。ECMO实验前及实验后两周观察以下指标 :动物的一般表现及体征 ,脑电图 ,羊脑大体及病理检查。结果 :ECMO治疗后动物的一般表现及体征无明显异常 ;ECMO前、后脑电图均以广泛的θ、δ波为主 ,双侧对称 ;实验羊脑大体两侧无明显异常 ,左右脑的重量分别为 44 3± 2 6g和46 6± 2 2g(P >0 0 5 ) 。显微镜下发现部分动物脑组织局部有微小软化灶 ,但病变部位及颈部血管结扎无一定关系。结论 :ECMO治疗及一侧颈总动脉结扎对中枢神经系统无明显影响。Objective:To study the effects of ECMO on the central nervous system by using the ovine model with each animal serving as its own control.Methods:After 3~4 hours extracoporeal circulation the sheep were weaned from ECMO followed by ligation of the right common carotid artery and internal jugular vein. General physiologic condition of the animal,EEG and cerebral pathological change were assessed pre-ECMO and/or during two weeks after ECMO.Results:No remarkable change in general physiologic condition and EEG was observed after undergoing ECMO.The weight of right and left cerebral hemispheric were 44 3±2 6g and 46 6±2 2g(P>0 05),respectively.Although local brain micro-lesion was observed under microscope in part of animals,the location of the micro-lesion was not related to the ligation of the right common carotid artery.Conclusion:One sided common artery ligation might not cause brain injury in ECMO-treated sheep.
