摘  要:根据大型平面有轨对拉式弧形闸门的运行特点,测量了闸门结构的水动力作用荷载,分析了结构的动力特性,取得了闸门结构流固耦合状态下的固有频率和振型等模态参数;在此基础上,采用水弹性相似模型,对闸门结构的流激振动特性进行了系统研究,获得了原设计闸门结构平稳运行和出现强烈振动的响应特征.通过分析振源,对闸门结构提出了修改优化措施,并进行了试验验证.结果表明,优化方案能显著降低闸门的振动量,取得理想的优化效果.In this paper, the flow-induced vibration problems of a large and flat rail pull radial gate are studied. Under the operational features of the structure, the hydrodynamic load is measured; the dynamic characteristics are analyzed; and the gate structure FSI state such as natural frequencies and mode shapes of modal parameters is obtained. Based on the elastic similarity model with water, the gate characteristics of the flow-induced vibration system are studied, and the smooth operation of the original design of the gate structure and strong vibration response characteristics are obtained. Based on the analysis of vibration source, gate structure optimizations are made and tested. Results show that the optimal solution to the vibration of the gate significantly decreases the vibration with desired effects.
