摘 要:采用差示扫描量热等方法对邻苯二甲腈/AG-80环氧树脂体系的固化行为进行了研究,计算了固化反应的反应焓和表观活化能,优选了合适的树脂比例、固化剂用量和固化反应温度,最终确立了合理的固化反应条件。结果表明,当体系中AG-80与邻苯二甲腈(BAPh)的质量比为1/4或者1/5,固化剂的用量为2%时,合理的固化过程应为245℃预固化,然后在275℃固化一段时间,最后在286℃后固化,可以保证体系固化完全。The curing behavior of binary blends composed of 2,2-bis [4-(3,4-dicyanophenoxy) phenyl] propane (BAPh) and epoxy resin (AG-80) was studied by differential scanning calorimetry.The reaction heat and apparent activation energy were calculated.The proportion of the resin,the content of curing agent and the curing temprature were optimized and the appropriate curing condition was established.The results indicated when the proportion of AG-80 to BAPh was 1:4 or 1:5 and the content of curing agent was 2 wt%,the suitable curing cycle which can complete curing of the system was precured in 245.3℃,cured in 275.0℃ and post-cured in 286.5℃.
