南温河钨矿井下区域受控循环通风技术应用的安全保障研究

摘　　要：受控循环通风技术安全高效运行的前提和基础是能够对系统内各个参数进行有效的监测监控,从而确保循环区的安全运行,进而有效扼制循环区事故的发生。南温河钨矿一采选厂1 232 m中段针对矿山目前出现的通风问题,提出应用受控循环通风新技术来解决这些问题的构想,为了确保该技术的安全、高效运行,本文就循环系统中需要进行监测监控的目标参数提出了要求,并根据南温河钨矿循环系统的特殊性,增加了一些监控参数,弥补了《金属非金属地下矿山监测监控系统建设规范》中对使用柴油设备时井下有毒有害气体监测监控的空缺。Effective monitoring and control on all parameters of the system is the premise and basis of safe and effi cient operation for controlled recirculation ventilation technology, which ensure safe operation for the recirculating area, so as to effectively prevent accidents in recirculating area. To ventilation problems appear in mines, 1232m midpiece in Mining plant of Nanwenhe fiver tungsten mining gives the idea of applying a kind of new controlled re circulation ventilation technology to solve. In order to make sure of safety and effective operation, this paper makes the request of monitoring and control target parameters for the recirculation system. And based on particularity of Nanwenhe fiver tungsten mining recirculation system, some monitoring and control parameters, which is a gap in 〈 Specifications for Construction of metal and non - metal underground mines monitoring and control system 〉, are added so as to monitor and control noxious emission from diesel oil equipment.
