摘 要:针对国外某赤铁矿矿泥含铁56.65%、-0.023 mm粒级占76.56%的特性,先后采用单一磁选、磁选-反浮选以及强化分散的磁选工艺对其进行了分选试验。结果表明,采用一粗-一精-一扫-两次再选的磁选流程,并在粗选和扫选分别加入分散剂3 kg/t和1 kg/t,可以获得铁精矿品位和回收率分别为65.05%、68.58%的良好分选指标。本研究对处理此类微细粒赤铁矿矿石具有良好的借鉴意义。In view of the characteristics of Fe grade of 56.65% and - 0. 023 mm size reaching the yield of 76.65% for a foreign type of hematite slime, the beneficiation tests were carried out successively by the process of simplex magnetic separation, magnetic separation -reverse flotation and dispersion -strengthened magnetic separa tion. The results showed that a satisfying concentrate with iron grade and recovery of 65.05% and 68.58% respec tively was obtained through the magnetic separation flowsheet of one stage roughing - one stage cleaning and one stage scavenging two stage recleaning, adding dispersant 3 kg/t in the roughing and 1 kg/t in the scavenging. This research has a certain significance for this type of ultrafine hematite ore.
