单层大跨度门式刚架结构的施工技术

摘　　要：大跨度高空间的房屋采用门式刚架结构,不仅通透性强、视觉效果好,而且更能体现出自重轻、安装简便、成本低和施工速度快等特点。该文结合重庆工程职业技术学院学生活动中心采用单层大跨度刚架的工程实际,分析了该工程的施工难点,论述了大跨度门式刚架及彩钢板屋面结构的工艺过程、施工技术和纠偏校正方法,以及保证施工安全的应对措施。Large-span portal frame structure with high space has strong permeability and good visual effect with the characteristics of light weight, easy installation, low cost and fast construction progress highlighted. Based on the practical application of monolayer-ed large-span steel structure in the student center of Chongqing Vocational Institute of Engineering, construction difficulties are analyzed and technological process, construction technology, rectification and correction methods as well as security countermeasures of large-span portal frame structure and color steeled roof structure are presented.
