摘 要:以生态安全P-S-R分析框架和脆弱性系统结构理论结合的方法构建了矿业城市人地系统脆弱性评价指标体系,采用集对分析原理和变异系数方法构建了评价模型,对矿业城市(铜陵市)人地系统脆弱性进行了动态评价.结果表明:2001年以来,铜陵市生态环境压力和生态环境响应逐年下降,环境状态波动变化,无明显上升趋势;铜陵市人地系统脆弱性等级呈下降趋势,评价期内一直处于脆弱、较脆弱等级,脆弱性等级高;生态环境响应和生态环境压力是铜陵市人地系统脆弱性下降的主要约束子系统,生态环境破坏和环保投入不力是主要的综合约束因子.Combing the methods of the ecological security analysis framework of PSR(i.e.pressure-state-response) and the structure theory of vulnerability system,we constructed a vulnerability assessment indicator system for mining city's man-land system.Based on the indicator system,we evaluated the vulnerability of the man-land system of Tongling city(a mining city) by using the principles of seting pair analysis and variation coefficient method and constructing an evaluation model.The results show that since 2001: 1) Tongling city's ecological pressure and responses have been decreasing,with no obvious changing,and its ecological status has been first decreasing before 2006 and then increasing after 2006;2) the vulnerability rating of man-land system has been declining,remaining at the level of fragile and critical vulnerability,a high level of vulnerability;3) ecological pressure and response have been the main restraint sub-systems and the shortage of resources and insufficient investment on environmental protection have been the main synthesis constraint factors for the declining vulnerability of Tongling city man-land system.
