摘 要:目的研究不同压力二氧化碳气腹对兔IL-1、IL-2和TNF-α等细胞因子的影响。方法 18只雌性健康兔按气腹压力随机均分为3组:气腹压0 mmHg(Ⅰ组)、气腹压10 mmHg(Ⅱ组)和气腹压15 mmHg(Ⅲ组)。每组兔均在不同的压力下接受气腹1 h。分别在二氧化碳气腹前(T0)、气腹后30 min(T1)、气腹后60 min(T2),采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定兔血清IL-1、IL-2和TNF-α的浓度。结果气腹后30 min、60 min,Ⅱ组与Ⅰ组比较,血清IL-1、IL-2和TNF-α的浓度显著下降(P<0.05),Ⅲ组各参数变化更为显著(P<0.01)。结论二氧化碳气腹对兔血清的IL-1、IL-2和TNF-α等免疫细胞因子有下调作用,可能对机体的免疫功能有一定的抑制作用。Objective To study the effects of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum under different pressure on cytokines such as IL-1,IL-2,and TNF-α in rabbits.Methods Eighteen female healthy rabbits were randomly divided into three groups according to the pneumoperitoneum pressure,i.e.0 mmHg group(group Ⅰ),10 mmHg group(group Ⅱ),and 15 mmHg(group Ⅲ).Rabbits in each group received the pneumoperitoneum under different pressure for 1 h.The concentration of serum IL-1,IL-2,and TNF-α were detected by the double sandwich ELISA method respectively before the CO2 pneumoperitoneum and 30 and 60 minutes after the pneumoperitoneum.Results Compared with the concentrations of IL-1,IL-2,and TNF-α in group Ⅰ,those in groupⅡ significantly decreased 30 and 60 minutes after the pneumoperitoneum(P0.05).The changes of parameters in group Ⅲ were more significant(P0.01).Before the pneumoperitoneum,there was no significant difference in the parameters among the three groups.Conclusion CO2 pneumoperitoneum has down-regulation effect on immune cytokines such as IL-1,IL-2,and TNF-α in rabbits and may have certain inhibitory effect on the immune function of organs.
