摘　　要：以决策支持系统在应急卫生领域的应用为基础,从医院当前信息化建设的现状及不足、城市维稳卫勤保障对信息化需求、复杂城市环境因素的制约等方面,提出医院构建决策支持系统以应对城市维稳保障的必要性。以进行勤务设计与需求分析、搭建决策支持系统基本架构以及进行软件开发与应用为对策,对医院构建决策支持系统进行了策略研究。Based on the application of decision support system（DSS） in the emergency medical field,the necessity of construction of DSS in hospitals in order to meet the needs of maintaining urban stabilization was put forward from the following aspects of current situation and deficiency in the information construction in hospitals,and demands for information in the maintenance of urban stabilization,and the limits caused by complicated urban environmental factors.The strategic research on the construction of DSS in the hospital was made through the countermeasures of medical service design and demand analysis,constructing the basic structure of DSS,and carrying out the development and application of software.
