摘　　要：目的评估维和医疗分队待命军人的个性特征、情绪和心理健康状态,为有针对性的心理健康教育提供依据。方法应用一般情况问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、卡特尔16项个性因素测定(16PF),对57名维和医疗分队待命军人进行测评。结果受测者SAS因子分显著高于国内成人常模(P<0.01),SDS因子分显著低于国内成人常模(P<0.05);与中国军人常模比较,16PF呈高聪慧性、稳定性、兴奋性、世故性、自律性,低乐群性、敏感性、怀疑性、忧虑性和紧张性特点;抑郁总分与个性特征无显著相关性,焦虑因子分与实验性和紧张性显著相关;心理健康因素(Y1)与乐群性、稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、敢为性、忧虑性和紧张性显著相关。结论受测者整体心理健康状态较好,具备胜任维和任务的人格特征,情绪适度焦虑,针对性的心理健康教育重点应放在缓解焦虑情绪、加强与人合作及环境适应能力方面。Objective To make assessment of mental health status and emotional and personality characteristics of standby servicemen in two peacekeeping medical teams in order to provide the basis for targeted mental health education.Methods Questionnaire of general situation,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,self-rating depression scale（SDS）,Cattell 16 personality factors（16PF） determination were used to evaluate the situation of 57 standby military personnel in two peacekeeping medical teams.Results Among the servicemen receiving the test,the scores of SAS factor were significantly higher than those of domestic adult norm（P0.01）,and the scores of SDS factor were significantly lower than those of the domestic adult norm（P0.05）.Compared with the 16PF of the Chinese servicemen norm,that of those standby servicemen had the characteristics of high intelligence,stability,excitability,sophistication,self-discipline,low sociability,sensitivity,suspicion,anxiety,and tension;the total score of depression had no significant correlation with the personality characteristics,and the scores of anxiety had significant correlation with the experimental character and tension;the metal health factor（Y1） had significant correlation with sociability,stability,aggressiveness,excitability,dare,anxiety,and tension.Conclusion Those standby servicemen have good mental health in general and have the qualified personality characteristics to complete the peacekeeping mission.Emotional moderate anxiety and targeted mental health education should be focused on relieving anxiety,strengthening the cooperation with people,and environment adaptation ability.
