摘  要:以对苯二甲酸、己二酸、戊二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、甲苯二异氰酸酯等为原料合成的聚氨酯预聚体为组分,加入以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、丙烯酸丁酯和苯乙烯混合的烯烃,制备了具有互穿网络结构的聚氨酯/聚丙烯酸酯新型粉末树脂.该树脂为球形粉末颗粒,平均粒径约3μm,具良好的稳定分散状态.加入邻苯二甲酸酐作交联剂,进行固化制成互穿网络型涂膜,其硬度、粘结力等明显高于单一聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯以及2种聚合物的共混物的相关性能.A novel copolymer spherical power resin, in stable decentralized state and with a mean grain size of 3 μm, of interpenetrating networks of polyurethane (the first network in which terephthalic acid, hexane diaeid, neo- pentyl glyol, trimethylolpropane and toluene diisocynate were used for the mixed monomers) and polyacrylate (the second one in which methyl methaerylate, glycidyl methacrylate, butly acrylate and styrene were used for the mixed monomers) was prepared by micro -suspension polymerization. The powder resins reacted with phthalic anhydride as crosslinking agent to form a cured film with an interpenetrating network structure. The film structure was charac- terized by thermo analysis, infrared spectroscopic analysis and measurements of physicochemical properties. The re- sult showed that the hardness, cohesive force, acid - alkali and water resistance are better than the single polymer of polyurethane or polyacrylate and the mixture of the two.
