埋藏颅骨瓣凹凸面软组织病理细胞学检查与再生骨瓣的研究

摘　　要：目的 :对颅骨瓣腹壁皮下埋藏新骨再生情况和发生原因进行研究。方法 :32例颅骨瓣埋藏腹壁皮下 40～ 186天后 ,取出进行病理学检查 ,观察局部新骨再生情况。结果 :颅骨瓣腹壁皮下埋藏后均有不同程度的慢性炎症和异物反应 ,其中 2例在其凹面、5例在其凸面有新骨形成。结论 :在摘除颅骨瓣进行腹壁皮下埋藏时 ,颅骨外膜剥离不完全与皮下组织之间易形成新骨有关。Objective:To study the regeneration and generative cause of new bones generated form cranial bone flaps hypodermically implanted on the abdominal wall.Method:The cranial bone flaps of 32 patients were implanted under the skin of abdominal walls.In 40-186 days the bone flaps were taken out for pathological examination and for close observation of regeneration of new bones.Result:The implantation of cranial bone flaps caused various degrees of chronic inflammation and foreign body reaction.New bones were formed on cocavity in 2 cases and on convexity in 5 cases.Conclusion:in subcutaneous implantation of cranial bone flaps,the easy formation of new bones in the subcutaneous tissue somewhat relates to the imcopmplete stripping of outer periosteum.\;
