摘 要:结合新疆肯斯瓦特水利枢纽工程的水工模型试验,提出一种带防挑盖板的新型消能工,即T形墩消力池。理论推导出T形墩消力池消能率的计算公式,并与实测值进行比较。结果表明误差在实际工程允许范围之内,可以用该公式来计算实际工程T形墩消力池的消能率。通过试验计算不同消力池池长、T形墩支腿及不同墩形的消能率,分析池长、支腿长度、墩形等参数对消能效果的影响,得出适合该工程的最佳池长为52.2m,最优墩形为支腿梯形、前墩弧形。Based on a model test of a hydraulic project in the Xinjiang Kensiwate district, a new type of energy dissipater with a deck for preventing the torrent from moving upward was presented, that is a stilling basin with a T-type baffle. A formula for calculating energy dissipation ratio of this new energy dissipator was derived from the energy equation. Comparision between the calculation result employing this formula and the measured result shows that the errors can be neglected for practical projects. Hence, the formula can be used to calculate energy dissipation ratio of a stilling basin with T-type baffle in practical projects. To analyze the influence of the stilling basin' s length and the shape of the T-type baffle on energy dissipation effect, hydraulic tests for the stilling basin with six kinds of T-type baffle were carried out. In addition, the energy dissipation ratio for every test condition was calculated using the formula proposed in this paper. It can be concluded that the optimal length of the stilling basin is 52.2 m, the optimal shape of the baffle' s leg is a trapezoid, and the optimal shape of the baffle block is an arc.
