摘　　要：从青海省海晏县发生胸膜肺炎的绵羊群中采集3份肺组织病料,进行病原的分离培养和特异性PCR检测。结果从3份肺组织中均分离到支原体,经鉴定为绵羊肺炎支原体,表明建立的PCR方法能对绵羊肺炎支原体做出正确诊断。Three lung specimens from a sheep flock with infectious pleuropneumonic disease in Haiyan County of Qinghai province, were conducted to isolat in pathogen and PCR detection. The results showed that 3 strains of Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae were isolated in three lung specimens and were Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae by identification. identified by PCR method. It showed that Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae can be detected by established PCR methed in the diagnosis.
