摘  要:在研究厘米级微型向心透平工作特性和结构特点的基础上,设计了7~8 kW级的厘米级微型向心透平。通过放大或缩小已设计的厘米级微透平来改变雷诺数,采用CFX软件对不同雷诺数的微透平在绝热情况下的特性进行了数值模拟。结果表明:雷诺数对静压的影响主要发生在动叶,且集中在动叶的前缘和吸力面。雷诺数减小使得马赫数分布图中尾迹相应变厚,且透平级的总总效率随着雷诺数减小而有所降低。A centimeter-scale micro radial turbine at the power range of 7 - 8 kW was designed on the basis of the investigation on its performance characteristic and structure feature. Reynolds number was changed by zooming the designed centimeter-scale micro turbine. Three-dimensional numerical simulations with adiabatic were performed by using the commercial CFD software CFX. The results show that the effect of Reynolds number for static pressure mainly occurs at leading edge and suction surface, of rotor. The wake of Mach number contours is relatively thicker as the result of lower Reynolds number. Low Reynolds number flow decrease its total to total isentropic efficiency.
