摘  要:黄河的主要症结在于泥沙,水少沙多,水沙配置不协调加剧了冲积性河道的淤积。黄河自然的地理、地貌特征及频繁的季节性暴雨决定水少沙多,干流上众多水利枢纽为优化天然的水沙过程创造了条件。本文从黄河泥沙输移规律出发,遴选出有利于河道输沙的水沙配置参数,提出了优化水沙过程的水沙配置原则,分析了泥沙调控量与水沙优化参数间关系,量化了黄河主要控制站年泥沙调节量。成果对水库科学调控水沙具有参考价值。The crux of the Yellow River (YR) is sedimentation. The incompatible relationship between water and sediment load increases the deposition in the alluvial channel. Less water and abundant sediment load are induced by the natural geography and topography of the YR and seasonal storms. Several hydro-projects built on the main stem of the YR provide the possibility to optimize the natural water and sediment flow processes. Based on the law of sediment transport in the YR the matching parameter of water and sediment is selected and the matching principle to make water and sediment compatible is proposed. In addition, the relationship be- tween regulating volume of sediment load and the parameter is analyzed. Annual regulating sediment volumes at main control hydrologic stations on the YR are proposed. The research is useful for reasonable regulation of water and sediment by reservoirs.
