欧美国家碳排放权交易价格问题研究综述及其启示

摘　　要：过度排放温室气体是导致全球气候变暖的重要原因之一。进行碳减排、缓解全球变暖已经成为全世界的共识。其中,碳排放权交易的价格发挥了极为重要的作用,使得企业逐渐树立了低碳生产观念,并通过进行碳减排逐步转变生产方式,实现可持续发展。本文以碳减排活动的发展为主线,对欧美国家碳排放权交易价格相关问题研究按三个发展时间段进行了梳理;并在吸收和借鉴欧美国家碳减排问题的理论和实践研究成果的同时,对我国未来碳排放权价格问题研究提出了前瞻性展望。Excessive greenhouse gas emission has become a major reason of global warming. Therefore, it has become one of the worldwide consensus to reduce the carbon emission and to miti- gate the global warming. And transaction price of carbon emission has played an important role in helping enterprises to set up an idea of low carbon production, and further change production way with reducing carbon emission, to achieve sustainable development. In this paper, focusing on the developraent of reduction of carbon emission, and make a review of three development periods of transaction price of carbon emission permit in European countries and America, and meanwhile, propose recommendations for the future research of price of carbon emission in China.
