摘　　要：目的观察糖胃康对糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者的临床疗效。方法选择60例糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)患者随机分为2组,其中治疗组30例予降糖治疗和中药治疗,对照组30例予降糖治疗和吗丁啉治疗,观察两组临床疗效、胃排空时间变化。结果治疗组可以明显改善DGP患者的临床症状,明显缩短胃排空时间,有利于餐后2h血糖的控制;治疗组治愈率70%,对照组37%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论糖胃康对DGP具有良好的治疗效果。Objective to investigate clinical effects of Tangweikang for diabeticgastro paresis. Methods 60 patients were divided randomly into 2groups,30 of them were treated by controlling blood sugar and Tangweikang （treatmentgroup） ;30 of them were treated by controlling blood sugar and Domperidone（ controlgroup）, to study the twogroups respectively, we observed intensively differences of clinical symptom, blood sugar,meal emptying time for pre-treatment and post-treatment. Results Tangweikang might improve obviously clinical symptom, control blood sugar,shortengastric emptying time. Conclusions Tangweikang have satisfactory therapeutic efficacy to DGP.
