自拟清浊化滞汤加减治疗精液不液化症120例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟清浊化滞汤治疗精液不液化症的临床疗效。方法将120例精液不液化症患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),治疗组采用清浊化滞汤(黄柏、苍术、水蛭粉、车前子、薏苡仁、浙贝母、夏枯草、茯苓、皂角刺、丝瓜络、川芎、石菖蒲等)治疗,对照组采用维生素C片治疗。结果治疗组总有效率88.89%,对照组总有效率2.22%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论自拟清浊化滞汤治疗精液不液化症效果良好。Objective To Observe clinical efficacy of'Qingzhuohuazhi decoction'.Method Fine liquefies sickness the patient 120 examples to divide into the treatment group according to the stochastic tables law(60 examples) and the control group(60 examples),the treatment group uses clear muddy stagnates the soup(huangbai,cangzhu,shuizhifen,cheqianzi,yiyiren,zhebeimu,xiakucao,fuling,zaojiaochi,sigualuo,chuanxiong,shichangpu and so on) to treat,the control group uses the Vitamin C piece of treatment.Result The effective rate was 88.89%,the control group rate was 2.22%,group.The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01) Conclusion 'Qingzhuohuazhi decoction' is effective for non-liquefaction of sperm.
