摘　　要：目的通过对182例热毒宁注射液药品不良反应报告分析,探讨热毒宁注射液不良反应发生的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对河南省2008年～2010年发生的热毒宁注射液不良反应报告进行统计和分析。结果本组资料中,男性99例(54.40%),女性83例(45.60%);不良反应集中在儿童年龄组,以变态反应居多,主要累及皮肤及其附件损害、全身性损害和胃肠系统损害。结论临床应重视热毒宁注射液的不良反应,提高临床合理用药水平,减少不良反应的发生。Objective By analyzing 182 ADR reports of Reduning injection, to discuss the general laws and features of the injection＇ s ADR and to provide reference for the clinical rational drug use. Methods Using retrospective research, we counted and analyzed Reduning injection ADR reports during 2008 and 2010 in Henan. Results It concluded 99 eases of male （54. 40% ） and female 83 eases （45.60%） , the majority of ADR occurred in children. Allergic reactions were common. The ADR mainly involve skin and its accessories damage and systemic damage and gastrointestinal system damage. Conclusion Attention should be paid to the ADR induced by Reduning injection. It should promote the clinical rational use of medicines, reduce adverse reactions occurring.
