摘　　要：当今时代,国家安全构成的核心与关键已从传统意义上的军事安全转换为非传统意义上的科技安全。科技安全影响力的日益显现,强化了国家之间科技安全的博弈和较量,给人类社会带来了潜在而又巨大的安全风险。面对风险,作为国家科技人才储备的高校应从战略高度认识到大学生科技安全教育的重要性,强化大学生科技安全意识教育,构建大学生科技安全教育的长效机制。In the present era,the core and key of national security constitutes is already transformed from the traditional military security to safety of science and technology.To strengthen the safety of science and technology between countries has brought human society potential and great safety risk.In the face of the risk,as the national science and technology talent reserve,universities should focus on students’ science and technology safety education and realize the importance of strengthening students’ science and technology safety consciousness education,and construct the students’ science and technology safety education of long-term mechanism.
