氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白与颈动脉粥样硬化程度的关系

摘　　要：目的　观察氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (Ox-LDL )与颈动脉粥样硬化 (CAS)程度的关系。方法　通过复式超声确诊 CAS患者 78例 ,并根据 CAS程度将患者分为轻、重两组。对照组 32例。采用硫代巴比妥酸反应物法测定 Ox-LDL含量。结果　 CAS组 Ox-L DL含量为 (1.46± 0 .46 ) nmol/ml。 CAS轻组 Ox-LDL含量为 (1.30± 0 .37) nmol/ml。 CAS重组 Ox-L DL含量为 (1.88± 0 .6 0 ) nmol/ml。对照组 Ox-LDL含量为 (0 .39± 0 .2 5 ) nmol/ml。 CAS组 Ox-LDL含量显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。 CAS重组 Ox-LDL含量显著高于 CAS轻组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　Ox-LDL 水平可反映 CAS的程度。Objective To observe the relation between the level of oxidatively modified low density lipoprotein(Ox LDL) and the degree of carotid atherosclerosis(CAS).Methods 78 cases with CAS were diagnosed through ultrasonic examination,who were divided into mild and severe groups according to their carotid stenotic degrees,and 32 normal subjects were chosen as the control group.The level of Ox LDL was assessed by measuring their thiobarbituric acid reactive substances.Results The level of plasm Ox LDL was 1 46±0 46nmol/ml in CAS patients,and that in the mild CAS patients was 1.30±0.37nmol/ml,while for the severe patients that level was 1.88±0.60nmol/ml.In contrast the level of plasm Ox LDL in control group was 0.39±0.25nmol/ml.The Ox LDL level in CAS patients was significantly higher than that in the control group,and that in the severe group was also remarkably higher than that in the mild group.Conclusion The luvel of plasm Ox LDL can reveal the severity of CAS
