2009～2011年威海市环翠区暗娼人群艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解威海市环翠区暗娼人群近几年的艾滋病防治知识及行为学特征,为艾滋病干预、监测及防治措施的制定提供依据。[方法]对2009～2011年威海市环翠区暗娼人群艾滋病哨点监测资料进行分析。[结果]2009～2011年合计监测暗娼982人,平均年龄25.04±5.52岁,未婚者占77.70%,初中及以下文化者占59.06%;艾滋病防治知识总体知晓率为86.15%,2009～2011年分别为77.50%、84.57%、93.92%;2009～2011年,最近1次与客人发生性关系时使用安全套的比例分别为92.14%、95.68%、96.83%(P<0.05);最近1个月与客人发生性关系时,每次都使用安全套的比例分别为73.93%、77.78%、88.62%(P<0.01);最近1年接受过安全套宣传和发放及艾滋病咨询检测的比例分别为19.64%、33.02%、46.03%(P<0.01)。2009～2011年检测982人,均未检测出HIV抗体阳性者,梅毒抗体阳性率为1.93%。[结论]2009～2011年环翠区暗娼人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率逐年提高,安全套使用比例逐年增加。[Objective] To understand the demographic and behavioral features and AIDS related knowledge among commercial sex workers in Huancui district of Weihai city in the last few years, so as to provide basis for developing interventions, measures, and monitoring. [Methods] Analysis was made on the data of the national sentinel surveillance among commercial sex workers in Huancui district of Weihai city, 2009-2011. [Results]A total of 982 CSW were monitored and the average age was 25.04± 5.52, the unmarried accounted for 77.70% and those who were middle school and below accounted for 59. 06%.The total awareness of AIDS-related knowledge was 86.15% from 2009 to 2011 and the awareness of AIDS-related knowledge was 77. 50% ,84. 57% and 93. 92% respectively from 2009 to 2010;the proportion of condom use of CSWs was 92.14% ,95.68% and 96.83%（ P〈0.05） recently;the proportion of condom use of CSWs who used condom every time in the recent month was 73.93% ,77.78% and 88.62% respectively（ P〈0.01）in the recent three years;the proportion of condom providing, propagating and Voluntary Counseling and Testing of CSWs in recent years was 19.64% ,33.02% and 46.03% respectively（ P〈0.01）from 2009 to 2011. 982 CSWs were monitored and all of them were H IV negative,the positive rate of syphilis was 1.93 %. [Conclusion]The awareness of AIDS-related knowledge and the condom use rate among CSWs has gradually increased in Huancui district.
