摘  要:为解决传统液压平衡阀存在的控制压力偏高,调速困难和功率损失严重等问题,对新型负载保持阀工作原理进行分析,利用AMESim软件建立了该阀的仿真模型,并对该阀在不同控制条件下的控制特性进行了仿真研究,通过特性曲线分析得出新型负载保持阀所具有的比例控制下降速度特性,可以解决传统平衡阀控制压力偏高和调速困难的问题;压力补偿功能可以防止系统在负载逐渐增大的工况(如变幅下降)下产生超速现象;基于流量再生功能的自重下降特性可以降低系统功耗,并为其他执行元件提供更多流量。Aiming at the problems existed in traditional hydraulic counterbalance valve such as the high pilot pres- sure, the large power loss and difficult in speed control,the working principles of the new load control and holding valve are introduced. The system simulation model is established by using AMESim software and the control char- acteristics have been studied by simulation under different conditions. The analytical result indicates that the new load control and holding valve has better control behavior than traditional hydraulic counterbalance valve. The low- ering speed of load is controlled by proportional pressure reducing valve. The pressure compensation function can gradually improve the stability of the system in working conditions with increasing load. The lowering function of the gravity force can lessen the energy consumption tremendously.
