摘  要:采用有限元分析方法,利用deform软件模拟分析了高强铝合金厚板的淬火冷却过程。获得了高强铝合金厚板淬火温度场、应力场和变形场分布规律。并利用点跟踪技术分析了厚板内部和表面不同位置的淬火冷却曲线、平均残余应力曲线以及沿长、宽和厚方向的三个应力分量分布曲线。结果表明,板件的残余应力主要决定于X方向的残余应力分量。厚板表面X方向的残余应力分量值达到最大,最大压应力值为-135 MPa;厚板内部X方向的残余应力分量值达到最大,最大拉应力值为156 MPa.The quenching processes of high-strength aluminum alloy plates were analyzed with DEFORM software by Using finite element analysis method. Distributions of quenching temperature field, stress field and displacement field were obtained. Cooling curves and mean residual stress curves and X-, Y-, Z-stress components along thick- ness, length and width directions in quenching processes, were respectively analyzed by the point tracing method. The results show that the residual stress of the plate depends on its component in the X direction, the surface resid- ual stress along the X-component reaches the maximum value, which is the maximum compressive stress - 135 MPa, and the inner residual stress along the X-component reaches the maximum value, which is the maximum ten- sile stress 156 MPa.
