摘  要:针对某工程项目中的转载系统输送量大、粒度小、带速高,以及输送机的回转角度随工作过程改变的特点,通过对物料静堆积角和动堆积角的仿真分析验证了所选用的物料堆积角参数的合理性;应用Pro-E进行三维建模,对系统的带速和输送量进行了标定;分别对原设计方案和改进的3种方案进行计算机仿真;应用冲击系数和输送带偏移量等评价指标对4种方案进行评价.通过计算机仿真得出,物料转载过程流通顺畅,无堵塞;在转载站的头部漏斗内加挡料板,使物料流形成垂直下落的状态;挡料板上的积料板起到了料打料的作用,可以有效地减小物料对头部漏斗的冲击力;悬臂带式输送机的回转角度对物料在输送带上的冲击力影响较小,但对物料在输送带上的偏移量影响较大,结果表明:偏移量在标准允许范围内,确定了合适的转载站结构参数.With regard to such features of a specific transfer system as high conveying capacity, low particle size and high conveying speed as well as the variable conveyor rotary angle during working process, the rationality of material stacking angle parameters are first verified via simulation and analysis on static and dynamic stacking angles. With application of Pro-ETM for 3D modeling, conveyor belt speed and volume are then calibrated. By simulating three previous and an improved design options, such criteria as impact coefficient and conveyor belt offset are next used for option evaluation. To this end, it is found that the material transfer process keeps smooth without jams, whereas the material flow keeps vertically by adding a blocking plate to the head hopper of transfer station. This is because the stacking plate above the blocking plate can effectively reduce the material impacts on head funnel. Further studied, the rotary angle of boom conveyor possesses fewer material impacts on conveyor belt, thus delivers more material offset impacts on conveyor belt. Finally, the appropriate structural parameters of transfer station are determined by selecting the offset within the permissible standard range.
