氪黄激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察氪黄激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变疗效。方法 :对 85例 85眼中心性浆液脉络膜视网膜病变 ,应用氪黄激光进行直接光凝 ,对照组 48例用药物治疗。结果 :85例 (眼 )经一次光凝后 75例 (眼 )病人治愈 ,均无复发 ,其中 75眼视力提高 ,平均疗程 2 .3周。对照组平均疗程 6 .5周 ,10例复发。结论 :氪黄激光治疗中浆疗效显著 。Objective:Observe the efficiency of laser treatment for CSC.Methods:85 cases of CSC were treated with laser only. another 48 cases were treated with medicine as control group.Results:With one time laser treatment, the vision acuity of 75 eyes 85 cases was improved in 2 to 3 weeks; in the control group, their vision was improved in 10 weeks, and 10 cases showed recurrent.Conclusion:The efficiency of laser treatment is remarkable. It can improve CSC eyes' vision acuity and reduce the treatment periods.
